What are the shipping costs?
We ship throughout worldwide. Our orders are processed via DHL Xpress, Post NL and Track Bpost. Shipping is free for shipments worldwide.
Can i track my delivery?
Yes, we ship all our packages with Track & Trace. You can track your order via the order status page, you will receive the link via e-mail as soon as your order has been shipped. It can sometimes take a while before the Track & Trace status is available.
What are the delivery times?
Design Your Poster strives for a fast delivery of the products. If you place an order on working days before 4 p.m., we aim to post your order the same day.
I am not at home during the delivery, what now?
If your package cannot be delivered, it will be waiting for you for 7 days at a DHL Xpress, Post NL and Track Bpost location. You will also receive a notification from the driver, this also states the pick-up location. After these 7 days, Dhl xpress will return the shipment to our warehouse.
Wrong adresss
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping so that there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have entered an incorrect shipping address.
Lost or stolen package
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your Track & Trace indicates that your package has been delivered to your address - but you have not received your order - please report this. Within 14 days of the indicated delivery date, an investigation will be started by DHL Xpress, Post NL and Track Bpost., we will keep you informed until the end of the investigation.
